What to note before going for your Exchange Vacation
Within 10 to 14 days of confirming your Exchange Vacation, you will receive an Exchange Confirmation Letter and a Resort Information Sheet that contains comprehensive information about your confirmed resort and the destination you are travelling to.
For checking in at the resort, please present your Exchange Confirmation Letter and your RCI Membership Card.
If you have booked an Exchange Vacation for a friend or family member, do ensure they also present a Guest Certificate upon check-in. Be sure to check with your RCI Vacation Consultant if there are any specific rules relating to Guest Certificates at your chosen resort.
If you are checking in late or need to make any special requests or arrangements with the resort, please contact the resort directly in advance to make appropriate arrangements and be sure to obtain written confirmation from the resort.
